General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Article 1: Purpose 
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) aim to define the terms of sale between the company Prudencia Castro Cosmetique SARL AU, located at 5, Bd. Zerktouni, Espace Zerktouni, 1st Floor, No. 03, Casablanca, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 587403, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website maCosmetique.com.
Article 2: Products 
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day of consultation. The company reserves the right to modify the product offering at any time.
Article 3: Prices 
The prices of our products are indicated in Dirhams, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Article 4: Order 
The customer must follow the online purchase procedure by selecting products and confirming the order. Order confirmation implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
Article 5: Payment 
Payment is made by cash on delivery; the order will be shipped immediately. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Article 6: Delivery 
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal 
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the package to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons. However, this is only possible if the product is unopened and in its original packaging in perfect condition.
Article 8: Warranty 
Products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable legislation.
Article 9: Liability 
The company cannot be held liable for issues related to product use or in case of delivery delays or cancellations.

The information collected is necessary for order processing. In accordance with legislation, the customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.
Article 11: Applicable Law 
These GTCS are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Casablanca.
